The Coach House

The Coach House is set in the grounds of Eggington House with lovely views of the grounds and farmland beyond.

The Coach House has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It  has three bedrooms. The Master bedroom has high ceilings with exposed beams, a bespoke Super King sized bed and an antique wardrobe. There is a charming double room in the loft under the eaves and a comfortable twin room that can be made up as a double. The bed linen is all white cotton with down quilts and pillows (micro fibre quilts and pillows are available on request). The sitting room has an open fire place, comfortable stylish furniture and a television with DVD player, a selection of DVD’s and some board games.

The  dining room seats six comfortably around a beautiful hand-made oak table. The galley kitchen leading off the dining room is small but beautifully done with oak work surfaces and hand-made tiles. It is very well equipped with an integral dish washer, a microwave, electric hob and cooker and plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The bathroom has been fitted out to a very high standard with a bath, shower, loo, washbasin and a heated towel rail.

There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board
with drying facilities. Oil fired central heating throughout.

The lovely garden is   part walled  with a garden table and chairs, with use of a table tennis table and barbecue. Through a gate in the side of the garden you have access to the orchard with a washing line and plenty of room for a game of football.

Badminton rackets and shuttlecocks are available on request. Beyond the orchard you have access to walk in the pastures.

There is ample off road parking.

Baby-sitting is available on request.

Zed beds, high chairs and cots are available on request.

With direct rail links to London and all its attractions only 35 minutes away Eggington is very well placed.

Whipsnade Zoo. Only 15 minutes drive away, Whipsnade Zoo is the UK’s largest Zoo. With over 2,500 animals including elephants, tigers, lions, rhinos and giraffes see: org for more information on opening times, prices and daily events.

Woburn Abbey and Safari Park is a ten minute drive away. Visit the beautiful house, take a drive around the safari park or for the more adventurous of you try Go Ape a tree top adventure. co.uk

The City of Milton Keynes is only 20 minutes drive away with a large shopping centre, theatres, cinemas, restaurants and an indoor ski slope.
